We are looking to hire Cybersecurity BA to join our team full time who will be working onsite in
Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-
functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and
strategy.

• Requirement Gathering: Document workflows for identity lifecycles (onboarding/offboarding), authentication, and authorization.
• Process Design: Create "to-be" models for RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Gap Analysis: Identify security control deficiencies by comparing current states against NIST or ISO standards.
• UAT Management: Define test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing for IAM tool deployments.
• Compliance: Facilitate periodic access certifications and audit reporting.

• IAM Tools: Experience with platforms like SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID.
