Hybrid Working (3 days onsite)

FinXL is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to be responsible for delivering an enterprise-wide technology and data led transformation to create an integrated risk detection capability for both internal and external threats.

DevOps engineers that have competencies in all aspects of engineering, including testing/QA, back-end development, integration, SQL and DevOps.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in cloud-based development such as AWS
• Scripting such as Bash/Shell/Python.
• Continuous deployment delivery (CI/CD)
• Experience with SPARK on EKS
• Good understanding of data concepts, design patterns and algorithms, and
• Embrace the breadth of engineering competencies, including DevOps and testing
• A firm grasp of Agile methodologies and DevOps mindset, with a drive to automate processes and workflows
• The ability to communicate problems and solutions effectively with both business and technical colleagues
• Keen to learn new technologies

It would be a bonus if you have:

• Working with any of the following technologies including Hadoop, Elastic Search, Docker/Kubernetes
• Domain knowledge AML and Financial Crime domains
• Experience with data migration and analysis
