FinXL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading insurance client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of insurance claims and product projects

• Provide guidance and leadership to project teams to ensure successful outcomes

• Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Implement and refine project methodologies to enhance efficiency and consistency

• Report on project progress, highlighting potential risks and key achievements

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in managing complex projects within the insurance sector (General Insurance/Claims)

• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
