We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Business Readiness Implementation Manager) to lead a flagship Claims transformation for a large insurance client. This program is digitising claims processes, replacing legacy platforms, and redesigning operating models nationally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scope, delivery approach, and execution of streams
• Integrate technology and business readiness activities
• Engage senior executives and stakeholders
• Drive governance, risk management, and QA

Requirements:

• 7+ years in project delivery (budgets $10m+)
• Strong background in financial services/insurance
• Proven stakeholder and vendor leadership skills
• Transformation, app development or cultural change experience
