ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer
Melbourne and Work from home - hybrid
12 Months + contract

Sydney location available also

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer to uplift the ServiceNow instance and asset management at a large consultancy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a ServiceNow Lead Developer
  • Experience developing existing ServiceNow Cloud instances, including partner integrations, to raise CMDB maturity
  • Experience facilitating improvements - including data input processes, data quality & other asset-related features.
  • Experience developing customised Asset Register Forms & Reports.
  • Experience providing technical support for ServiceNow cloud instances.
  • Experience documenting all technical designs, specifications, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Experience in ServiceNow modules, features and licensing options
  • Experience in proficiency with scripting and data cleansing activities
  • Experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and system administration tasks.
  • Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
  • Strong SQL/database skills for reporting, integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP and automation- terraform, Ansible
  • The candidate will hold ServiceNow certifications such as - CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB best practices
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD integration with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration platforms.
  • Experience to ITOM modules -Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management
  • Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow platforms, including partner integrations.
  • Experience in leveraging adjacent data sources and cloud automation skills to streamline integrations, optimize work flows and support digital transformation initiatives.
