We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Site Support Technician to join our market leading client in Minchinbury, Sydney. This position typically involves 2 working days per week, though the schedule may vary depending on workload and availability.

This role will suit someone who is studying or recently finished Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic RF testing, including Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing, on antenna and filter stock.
• Learn and operate Radio Frequency test equipment, such as Network Analyzers and Passive Intermodulation Analyzers.
• Gain knowledge and understanding of antenna systems and their components.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, results, and troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A background in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering is preferred (2nd-year students or higher are also welcome to apply).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in computer applications and basic record-keeping.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project requirements.
