FinXL is on the lookout for a highly skilled TeamConnect Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to a significant data migration project at a leading banking client in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and execute system configuration changes within TeamConnect to align with business requirements and enhance overall platform efficiency.
• Apply a deep understanding of TeamConnect's Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to recommend and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Rapidly onboard and gained proficiency in the client's custom configurations, developed by FTI Consulting, to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to facilitate the smooth integration and adoption of TeamConnect, while actively contributing to its continuous improvement and evolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate configuration challenges to maintain system stability and performance.

Skills and experience

• Expert in TeamConnect's OOTB capabilities, consistently delivering complex system configuration changes and providing strategic advice.
• Possesses strong analytical prowess, swiftly deciphering existing custom configurations and their ripple effects to proactively resolve system challenges.
• Effectively collaborates with diverse teams, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments, ideally within financial services.
• Experience with external legal spend solutions is highly valued.
