FinXL is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading client on a major data transformation project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define project requirements by accurately establishing customer expectations.

• Lead, define, and document the scope and specifics of complex data projects.

• Analyse tasks and develop an accurate schedule to fulfil project deliverables.

• Monitor, review, and report on project quality and deliverables to SLT and sponsors.

• Identify and formulate a risk management plan to assure project continuity.

• Drive end-to-end business outcome-focused delivery, spanning technical and commercial aspects.

• Contribute to and work effectively within a complex, matrix team environment.

Key Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated success managing large, complex data projects (budgets in excess of $5m+).

• Proven track record in successfully managing a delivery team (10+ resources).

• Experience in on-premise to cloud migrations, including SaaS.

• Delivery using Agile/Iterative methodologies.

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering, or aligned discipline.

• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, etc.).
