At present, we are looking for a Technical Writer - Content Specialist to join our market leading client. The successful candidate will have technical writing experience and exceptional stakeholder management skills. This includes ensuring you understand the business you support, be confident in dealing with stakeholders of all levels, and be able to work autonomously in a dynamic, demanding, and transformative environment.

Skills and Experience:

  • Technical writing experience in producing technical documentation.
  • Experience in document production, publication, and management standards.
  • Knowledge/experience with the ServiceNow platform would be ideal (not mandatory).
  • Work with BA's, Process Leads and SME's to elicit requirements, define documents, and validate technical information and instructions.
  • Content life cycle management - creation, maintenance, and archive of knowledge articles e.g. work instructions, quick reference guides, user guides, system instructions & technology overviews.
  • Change management methodologies and experience contributing to Change Impact Assessment.
  • Project management methodologies - AGILE preferred.
  • Ability to produce content for publication in a variety of formats and media including HTML, Adobe Acrobat PDF, Help files.
  • Experience managing content in a knowledge base, including workflow management, article creation, search engine optimisation, reporting, analytics, and accessibility standards.
  • Skilled at incorporating graphics, diagrams, and illustrations within text, and able to create diagrams and illustrations using a variety of graphic design and flow-charting tools such as Visio, Photoshop, Canva.
  • Experience in content management systems and collaboration platforms such as Panviva, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Lithium, Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
