FinXL is on the lookout for a Transaction Reporting Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to a global regulatory project at a leading banking client in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

• Involved in delivering reform changes, strategic projects, and operational control improvements
• Perform root cause investigations, impact analysis, and requirements gathering, balancing multiple initiatives to meet deadlines
• Design and implement compliant solutions, thriving in a fast-paced project delivery environment
• Ensure the client's compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and operational risk management

Skills and experience

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector is required, specifically covering derivative products and their associated trade lifecycle events, along with proficiency in transaction regulatory reporting requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and demonstrated experience in delivery coordination across multiple stakeholder groups
• Possess the ability to effectively engage, collaborate, and communicate with both business and technical peers globally
• Flexibility to adapt within dynamic environments, a strong sense of ownership to ensure deliverable completion, and proven experience in agile scrum teams, consistently meeting deadlines through clear and concise communication
