We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to work for a large consultancy in the Melbourne CBD and Work from home.

Skills and experience:

• Application Support Analyst experience
• Experience supporting SaaS solutions
• Experience supporting Digital solutions
• Experience supporting Internal and External Audits
• Experience implementing application change requests on SaaS solutions, enabling SSO and audit remediation tasks
• Experience updating the CMDB - configuration management database with application related information
