We are seeking a Business Architect to transform customers' digital experience through innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business architecture
• Experience developing digital platform strategies
• Experience mapping current vs future states
• Experience delivering value-stream mapping, capability modelling, operating model design, and aligning architecture to strategic objectives
• Experience in implementing customer migrations for new portals;
• Experience in CMS - content managed solution
• Experience in the design & rollout of the digital operating model - RACI & process change
• Experience in providing support for triage and backlog prioritisation- options analysis
• Business Analysis experience
• UX experience
• Banking-Finance background would be an advantage
