FinXL is seeking a Change Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Banking client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support a major, customer-centric, business-focused change program

  • Assist with customer journey mapping initiatives

  • Collect data and document business process changes

  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments

  • Help internal teams adapt to new ways of working

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Change Analyst role

  • Experience in business-focused change management

  • Understanding of organisational structure change

  • Experience managing people change relating to roles and responsibilities

  • Background in banking or financial services

  • Strong documentation and data collection skills
