Job description

Our client, a Sydney Macquarie Park based client, is looking for a Contact Centre Architect.

About the role

  • Support a telco client with a government project
  • Deployment of contact centre solutions
  • Work closely with external vendors and technical specialists

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years contact centre solution
  • Experience with call flow design and documentation
  • Experience with WebServices or API development
  • Experience with IVR, email and messaging services preferred
  • Australian citizenship and/or security clearance

What's on offer

  • 12 months' engagement working at a telco client
  • Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office in Macquarie Park
  • Role is open to Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane based candidates with Australian citizenship
