FinXL is seeking an experienced Data Migration Project Coordinator or Data Migration Data Analyst with strong data migration experience to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telecommunications client. This engagement will see you support the successful migration of customer data across platforms and coordinate the delivery of a critical migration program. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of a large-scale data migration program impacting thousands of customer records.

• Coordinate activities across delivery, engineering, and business teams to ensure smooth migration outcomes.

• Triage and troubleshoot issues that occur during migration, including load failures, integration issues, and system errors.

• Contribute to migration planning and scheduling, including timing of migration windows and customer impact coordination.

• Track progress, manage risks, and support communication between technical and business stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator or Data Analyst on data migration or system upgrade programs.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to investigate and resolve data load or system issues.

• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

• Experience supporting migration planning, scheduling, and execution activities.

• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs within enterprise environments is highly desirable.
