FinXL IT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement. This is for a larger program of work involving a technology and network transformation to a cloud-based SD-WAN solution across 1200 sites, with an overlay of security, monitoring, and service management.

Responsibilities

• Providing analysis to support the carriage of a large-scale SD-WAN project
  
• Documenting requirements for technology and network transformation
  
• Working within a program focused on security, monitoring, and service management
  
• Contributing to the governance process for the program of work
  
• Applying Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles and frameworks
  
• Leveraging strong financial acumen in project analysis
  
• Engaging and managing a broad range of stakeholders effectively
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Due to the nature of the project, candidates must hold an NV1 security clearance
• Direct experience with SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) projects
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large technology or network projects
• Experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) or ITIL/ITSM
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes and framework
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality project documentation
