Ready to take the next major step in your career? FinXL is seeking a Data Project Manager to lead a key data transformation engagement with a major government client. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive a landmark project from end-to-end. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the data migration program

• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules

• Oversee mobilisation, execution, and hypercare project phases

• Manage project risks, including legacy data quality and compliance

• Lead project governance forums and deliver stakeholder reporting

• Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to achieve outcomes

• Ensure project scope, time, cost, and quality outcomes are met

Key Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management

• Proven experience managing large-scale data migration or transformation projects

• Experience within government or regulatory environments is preferred

• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills

• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and scheduling abilities

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly regarded

• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
