FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a key transformation engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Portfolio Delivery Managers and Project Managers on key projects.

• Assist in the preparation of communication and presentation materials.

• Ensure standard project reporting is completed accurately and on time.

• Control and maintain all project documentation to ensure it is up-to-date.

• Track and monitor project financials, including exception reporting.

• Manage project purchase orders, including raising, tracking, and sign-off.

• Assist Project Managers with project schedule management using Microsoft Project.

Key Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering or a similar field.

• Previous experience supporting IT programs or projects.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince 2, Agile).

• Experience using financial management tools for tracking and reconciliation.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
