Job description
Infrastructure Project Manager:
Are you an Infrastructure Project Manager who thrives on turning complex technical requirements into seamless, high-performance reality? We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive leader to join our team and drive critical infrastructure initiatives from conception to delivery.
If you speak the language of IDAM, navigate networks with ease, and can translate technical jargon into actionable roadmaps, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
As our Infrastructure Project Manager, you won't just be "managing tasks"-you'll be the architect of our project execution. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions across identity management, storage, and networking, ensuring everything is aligned with our broader business goals.
What You'll Do:
Drive End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle for complex infrastructure builds, upgrades, and migrations.
Master the Tech Stack: Oversee projects involving IDAM (Identity & Access Management), enterprise storage solutions, and core networking architectures.
Agile Leadership: Facilitate ceremonies and manage backlogs using Agile methodologies to keep the team moving at pace.
Process Excellence: Apply ITIL frameworks to ensure service transition is smooth and operational risks are mitigated.
Collaboration & Tooling: Use Jira and Confluence to maintain "one source of truth" for documentation and tracking, while utilizing Miro for collaborative whiteboarding and system mapping.
What You Bring to the Table:
Technical Literacy: You have a solid grasp of infrastructure fundamentals (Servers, Storage, Cloud, and Networks).
Framework Expertise: Proven experience working within ITIL environments and leading Agile squads.
The Toolbelt: Expert-level proficiency in Jira (for sprint management) and Confluence (for project documentation).
Communication: The ability to explain complex infrastructure changes to non-technical stakeholders without losing them in the weeds.
Problem-Solving: A "find a way or make one" attitude when faced with technical bottlenecks or resource constraints.
