We have a work opportunity for Portfolio Analyst for a Large Telco Company.

• 12 months Fixed Term Contract
• Hybrid Working
• Sydney Based

We are a seeking an experienced and switched on Portfolio Analyst.

Key focus areas:

 Monthly financial activities:

o Invoicing, purchase orders and non-resource accruals

o Cost recovery o Preparation of team data for forecasting submission

o Forecast vs Actuals variance analysis for monthly financials

 Resource management:

o Tracking and entering of resource effort into web-based workforce tool to enable accurate forecasting, capitalisation, and cost recovery, and to support workforce planning activities

o Tracking resource movements between delivery teams and across delivery areas

o Reconciling timesheets and vendor invoices

 Reporting:

o Financial and team-based reporting to provide data driven insights

o Support Pod lead to manage capacity, team efficiency metrics

Skills/Experience:

 Project/program financials

 Program/project coordination

 Reporting

 Advanced Excel skills

 Agile experience

 Jira & Confluence experience a bonus

 Organised and attention to detail

 Positive attitude and a team player
