The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Red Hat PAM (Process Automation Manager) Engineer to join our growing delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise-scale automation projects that impact customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end process automation using Red Hat PAM and BPMN 2.0 standards

  • Deploy and manage processes on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes

  • Work across the full SDLC, including unit testing and production deployment

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement BPM solutions

  • Provide installation, administration, and configuration of Red Hat BPM Suite environments

  • Collaborate in Agile teams using JIRA and Confluence

Skills & Experience Required

  • 6+ years of experience in Red Hat PAM (Process Automation Manager)

  • Strong BPMN 2.0 and DMN (Decision Model and Notation) experience

  • Solid Java development and PostgreSQL/SQL database skills

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Red Hat OpenShift

  • Exposure to Linux environments, and working knowledge of Python and UI development

  • Experience deploying production-ready solutions in Banking or Networking technologies

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

  • Experience working in Agile delivery models

  • Prior experience working with large-scale, customer-facing IT solutions
