Project Coordinator (Consulting through FinXL)

FinXL is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Update the project portfolio management plans.
Generate and follow up on monthly project status reports.
Provide administrative support to Project Leads, including PO and work order creation.
Organise and coordinate meetings for managers.
Take and distribute meeting minutes.
Create presentation packs.
Provide support with financials and Capex reporting.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in pack creation.
Experience with budget management and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage project risk summaries and roadmaps.
Strong communication skills for following up with team members.
