Project Coordinator (Consulting through FinXL)

FinXL is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Update the project portfolio management plans.

  • Generate and follow up on monthly project status reports.

  • Provide administrative support to Project Leads, including PO and work order creation.

  • Organise and coordinate meetings for managers.

  • Take and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Create presentation packs.

  • Provide support with financials and Capex reporting.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in pack creation.

  • Experience with budget management and reporting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage project risk summaries and roadmaps.

  • Strong communication skills for following up with team members.
