We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a short-term contract to support the delivery of a strategic ERP and internal billing system initiative. This role plays a key part in enhancing billing system capabilities, improving performance, and coordinating migration activities from legacy platforms as part of a broader transformation program.
You will work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, contributing to a business-critical system upgrade and helping align technical outcomes with operational goals. Key Responsibilities :
- Support the delivery of ERP and internal billing system enhancements within a broader transformation program
- Coordinate system performance improvements and manage migration activities from previous platforms
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams to align expectations and track progress
- Ensure effective communication of scope, risks, milestones, and change requests
- Drive delivery within Agile or hybrid project environments, maintaining clear visibility on timelines and priorities
- Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years' project management experience in enterprise environments
- Proven success contributing to ERP or other large-scale enterprise system implementations (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, etc.)
- Experience working with internal billing or financial systems is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Commercially astute, with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, AgilePM
