Key Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Risk Manager
• Experience in looking at project-risk and technology-risk.
• Experience in project & program-level risk management- tracking & mitigating operational, delivery & strategic risks.
• Experience in technology & cybersecurity risk, working on threat scenarios & continuity planning.
• Experience in contact centre transformation - exposure to environments- ie Genesys, Cisco etc
• Experience in looking after day to day risk on the project.
• Australian Citizenship required
