FinXL is looking to engage Project Manager for an immediate start for the Service Transformation Program for one of our high-profile clients in the Legal industry.

Key skills and experience include:

• Develop, deliver, and update project artefacts. Senior PM will be expected to provide high quality weekly status reports, monthly and quarterly reports, out of cycle key reports and ad-hoc updates on the progress of the project in a punctual manner.
• Experience in MS Dynamics 365 Implementation.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and resources to deliver scheduled activities and manage inter dependencies to resolution.
• Scrum Master/SAFE Agile experience
• Manage project reporting by producing high quality documentation and adhering to overall program reporting requirements.
• Experience in using relevant project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA and Confluence.
• Maintain risk and issues register ensuring all mitigations progress through to completion.
• Build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and create mutually beneficial partnerships essential to the success of the project.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project resources, Provide project management expertise and support to establish a collaborative and positive team culture and to maintain efficiency and high performance in achieving project objectives.
• Project Management qualification PMP or PRINCE 2 desirable.
