Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager | Join FinXL and Drive Digital Delivery

We are seeking a Scrum Master with Project Management experience to join a high-performing FinXL delivery team working across a regulated enterprise environment. You will be supporting a mobile app and digital communications squad, focused on aligning customer-facing capabilities with a new enterprise insurance platform.

This is a 12-month contract with likely extensions. Brisbane preferred (hybrid working), though Sydney-based candidates will also be considered.

About the Assignment:

• Act as Scrum Master for a cross-functional squad focused on mobile and digital comms
• Support delivery through agile rituals, sprint facilitation, backlog refinement and roadmapping
• Own and drive project governance, including reporting, risk/issue tracking, and steering committees
• Maintain delivery discipline - ensuring all stakeholders adhere to project frameworks and timelines
• Liaise across squads and programs to align sprint delivery with enterprise project goals
• Manage budget tracking, milestone reporting, and program dependencies

We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of delivery experience, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
• Previous experience managing project governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and blended delivery environments
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, working across multiple stakeholder groups
• Confident communicator who can challenge, coordinate, and influence at all levels
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services strongly preferred
• Experience delivering mobile applications or customer-facing digital platforms is a bonus
