FinXL is seeking a RHEL Design and Implementation Engineer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

• Work on a core modernisation infrastructure migration project

• Analyse existing infrastructure and redesign Linux systems

• Take responsibility for solution designs

• Implement the newly designed RHEL solutions

• Provide post-implementation support (hypercare)

• Assist in upgrading core infrastructure for payments and settlement systems

• Support the relocation of data centres to a co-location facility

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in RHEL design and implementation

• Strong skills in Redhat Linux (RHEL)

• Expertise with VMware

• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure migration projects

• (Nice to have) Experience with Cisco UCS
