Scrum Master

Our Client Infrastructure Service Provider is currently looking for a Scrum Master for SAP Application Delivery Project.

• 12+ Months Contract
• Hybrid working(2-3 days in Office)
• Office based in North Sydney

Position Description Summary

• Responsible for leading two squads across custom SAP application delivery, ensuring Agile methodologies, specifically scrum are understood, practised and supported within the team.
• The Scrum Master works in close collaboration with the Product Owners to understand business needs, manage road-maps, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retros, backlogs, stakeholders, resource allocation, timing, developer quoting.
• Coach development team to self-organise and remove any blockers to help the scrum teams succeed.
• Follow and help manage the 3-week sprint delivery cycle.
• 5-10 years as a Scrum Master, additional 5 years as a Project Manager
• Project Experience Required with any of these projects - SAP, Ariba, Payroll, custom applications
• System Requirements for the role (i.e. has worked with relevant or similar apps to BTP) JIRA, SAP, Confluence, SDLC, Service Now, Microsoft suite
