Senior Insights Analysts

Our Client is looking for Senior Insights Analysts for a 12+ months contract opportunity.

The Research & Customer Senior Analyst is accountable for undertaking ground-breaking Research and delivering Insights that create a step change with the industry deliver products and customer services that exceeds customer expectations.

To be successful you will:

1. Successfully build and deliver a Research and Insights portfolio which exceeds the needs of internal &
external stakeholders.
2. Ensure quality, accurate, timely and actionable research is delivered for multiple stakeholders and for
senior leadership forums.
3. Develop and grow strong relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
4. Develop strong and efficient working relationships with external research partners.
5. Evolve the organisational understanding of Insights and levers to driver better customer outcomes.
6. Input into the development and maturity of broader Research Programs.

Role Details:

This role will have a particular focus on AI Text Analytics and Driver Analysis using the cutting-edge research and
insight tools to understand customer experience, brand and value drivers to create compelling business cases for
change across some of our most important products and experiences.

The role is responsible for developing best practice methodologies and leading analysis & reporting, resulting in
deep and actionable research. You will develop, deliver, and work across a variety of
Research programs including quantitative tracking studies, voice of customer programs, ad-hoc program Research,
qualitative Research and Driver modelling.

The successful candidate requires a broad range of research methodologies and techniques, so it is essential the
professional has solid experience in quantitative, qualitative and advanced research techniques. Strong
stakeholder, project management and general leadership skills are essential.

  • Q Professional, Tableau
  • Experience in managing research agencies to develop and deliver programs utilising a broad range of
  • quantitative and qualitative research techniques
  • Experience in managing research agencies to develop and deliver brand and communications research
  • Experience managing platforms such as Qualtrics, Medallia, Kapiche and their equivalents
  • Experience in managing data and sampling requirements across a broad range of research techniques
  • Quantitative and Qualitative Research
  • Driver modelling - broad understanding and ability to manage implementation
  • Driver modelling - able to perform statistical driver model analysis
