Senior Network Engineer with Cisco and Devops

Our client is looking for a Senior Network Engineer with Cisco and Devops experience to work for a large organization in the CBD Sydney and Work from home.

Skills and experience:

• Experience as a Senior Network Engineer
• Experience in Cloud Networks
• Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience in DevOps
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning and automation platforms such as Terraform, Python, and Ansible.
• Experience in virtual networks, subnets, IP addressing, routing, security groups, load balancers, firewalls, and network security policies across multiple cloud platforms.
• Experience in integrating different public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience in Layer-7 components including CDN, WAF, DDoS and TLS.
• Experience in public cloud architect, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Advanced Networking
• Cisco networking certifications such as CCNA or CCNP would be an advantage
• Experience in TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalling & micro-segmentation technologies and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with software-defined networking overlays - SDN is a plus, such as VXLAN EVPN or VMware NSX
• Financial industry experience would be an advantage
• Jira and Bitbucket experience
