Oracle/Payroll Business Analyst
Leading insurance client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL is seeking a Oracle HCM/Payroll Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading insurance client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead workshops to gather and document detailed functional requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and workbooks
Assist in configuring payroll elements to ensure accurate processing
Identify gaps between standard functionality and business processes
Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Troubleshoot functional defects during testing cycles
Liaise between the Payroll business unit and the implementation partner
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM (Payroll module) implementation
Deep understanding of Australian Payroll legislation and agreements
Ability to write clear functional design documents and workbooks
Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholder engagement
Basic understanding of Oracle Fast Formula is highly desirable
Experience bridging business requirements and technical solutions
Capability to manage complex award interpretation requirements
