We are seeking a number of Test Analysts with Contact Centre experience for a role in Macquarie Park and Work from home.

Qualifications:

• Test Analysts with Contact Centre experience
• Experience testing features related to Contact Centre eg IVR, Voice biometrics, Contact centre screens etc.
• Experience in Cyara or Pump CX as testing tools
• Australian Citizenship is required
