FinXL IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading insurance client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project life cycle for claims and product-related initiatives.
  • Lead and support project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Oversee projects with a focus on repeatable processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and successes to all levels of the organisation.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally with a general insurance background
  • Experience managing the full project life cycle in claims or products initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Focus on repeatable processes and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and empathetic approach.
