FinXL is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key customer transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the provision of full-service technology delivery.

• Manage technical, commercial, change, and operational aspects of CIAM projects.

• Drive projects on-time and on-budget using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Develop and improve stakeholder relations across multiple business units.

• Deliver financial submissions and monthly forecasts against capital budgets.

• Resolve program escalated issues while maintaining constructive relationships.

• Lead and motivate core teams including Engineering, IT, and offshore vendors.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing capital programs in Telco or Finance sectors.

• Proven success managing large, complex programs with budgets exceeding $1M.

• Demonstrated experience working on Identity and Access Management projects.

• Expert knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Strong ability to influence business outcomes rather than just managing process.

• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and VP levels.

• Professional certification such as PMP, Prince2, or MSP is highly regarded.
