Senior UC Engineer - MS Teams & AudioCodes (NV1)

About the Role
FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking a Senior UC Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting a major enterprise client that delivers services to federal government agencies. Due to the nature of the work, you must be an Australian citizen and hold (or be eligible to obtain) an NV1 security clearance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects in a secure and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and support Microsoft Teams solutions, including integration with AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device configuration and compliance

• Work closely with technical leads and stakeholders on solution design and implementation

• Prepare documentation and provide technical guidance across project lifecycle

• Ensure all work complies with security and government standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Teams-based UC solutions in enterprise environments

• Strong hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBCs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management

• Strong understanding of unified communications infrastructure and security requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in client-facing roles

Security Clearance Requirement

• You must be an Australian citizen and either hold an active NV1 clearance or be eligible to obtain one
