We are currently seeking a Site Reliability - Observability Engineer to maintain and enhance the stability, scalability, and performance of rapidly evolving infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications:

• Experience in OpenTelemetry, Prometheus & Grafana
• Experience in monitoring middleware including WebSphere,Java,.NET application servers.
• Experience integrating with third party APIs.
• Experience with AWS-Azure cloud technologies and parsing languages such as Sed & Regex.
• Experience with scripting languages - PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript
• Experience in Splunk, Splunk ITSI
• Experience in Splunk Observability Cloud, Splunk AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Nexthink
• Experience in infrastructure as code using tools such as Ansible, Terraform & Kubernetes declarative specifications.
