Key Skills & Experience

• Technical Writer background
• Specialist knowledge- Banking programs, delivering large scale documents and managing teams for driving outcomes as directed by the business
• Experience creating guides, procedures and Quick Reference Guides
• Process mapping experience
• Experience working on Compliance-Regulatory projects
• Experience updating sites and ensuring links are working
• Experience working in high pressure environment
• Strong Eye for detail, ability to flag inaccuracies in documentation
• Experience creating reports, manuals & other documents that explain concepts & procedures to employees
• Experience preparing change advisory for business and as directed by the business
• Experience managing partner output to achieve approval, prior to implementation
• Experience producing L and D documentation
• Experience creating on-boarding packs
