What We're Looking For:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • Test Analyst background
  • Contact centre system testing experience
  • Functional and Non-Functional Testing experience
  • Manual and automation testing experience
  • ALM experience
  • UAT experience
  • Gherkin experience
  • Cucumber experience
  • Call Flow Verification: Experience in test and validate call routing, IVR menus & escalations
  • Experience in system Integration: ensuring integration across contact centre systems,databases & customer portals.
  • Bug Reporting: Experience in identifying, documenting & collaborating with IT teams to resolve system Issues.
  • NICE Technology experience would be an advantage
