Test Manager - Networks (NV1) | High-Security Government Engagement

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled and cleared Test Manager with a deep specialization in Network Infrastructure. This is a strategic engagement focused on delivering robust, end-to-end testing solutions for complex customer networks within a high-security environment.

As this role supports critical national infrastructure, a current NV1 Clearance is mandatory.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire testing lifecycle, from framework design to execution. You will navigate complex network topologies and manage diverse stakeholder groups to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Location: Location Agnostic (Hybrid options available)

• Security Requirement: Active NV1 Clearance (Essential)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Testing: Lead and execute comprehensive testing for large-scale, complex customer networks.

• Test Strategy & Planning: Author and consolidate detailed test plans that align with project milestones.

• Framework Management: Establish a robust testing framework and manage it through to successful completion.

• Execution: Hands-on experience running test scripts and validating network performance.

• Stakeholder Management: Utilize solid project management skills to lead and influence nuanced stakeholder groups.

Technical Requirements

Essential:

• Network Specialization: A strong background specifically in testing network infrastructure and a comprehensive understanding of network protocols and architecture.

• Enterprise Experience: Proven track record as a Test Manager within large, complex organizations.

• Automation: A strong conceptual and practical understanding of automation testing.

• Scripting: Demonstrated experience running and validating test scripts.

Desirable:

• Fortinet Expertise: Previous experience with Fortinet technologies is highly regarded but not mandatory.

• Project Leadership: Formal project management experience to assist in managing complex delivery timelines.
