Test Lead

We are looking for a Test Lead for an insurance client.

Purpose:

This is a large complex program, with several parallel testing phases (POC, Unit, SIT, UAT). Ideally, they will need to work with the tools/limitations that the client has, yet to define an appropriate test management capability that extracts maximum value.

Experience required for this role:

• Recent General Insurance Experience and Agile Delivery Experience.
• Proven experience with large-scale business & technology change (5 years+).
• Strong core functional testing skills.
• Develop and manage the E2E test plan across the project working with the relevant development teams and users to schedule and track testing activities and results.
• Develop standards to ensure adequate consistency and completeness of test scripts.
• Provide QA of test scripts and advice on the development of test scripts to the team where required.
• Accountable for reporting and tracking of testing outcomes, defect triage, and management to achieve implementation outcomes and timeframes.
