FinXL is seeking a Test Manager with NV1 to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading consulting client on a key transformation engagement.

* Open to all locations within Australia

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing the end-to-end Test Strategy and Plan.

• Overseeing the development and execution of test cases.

• Managing the test environment setup and configuration.

• Identifying, documenting, and managing risks and issues related to testing.

• Working with a Government client (from a vendor/consulting perspective).

• Experience on large-scale programs is essential.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex, large-scale programs.

• Demonstrated experience working with Government clients (vendor side).

• Must hold an active NV1 security clearance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Deep expertise in developing robust test strategies and plans.

• Strong ability to identify and mitigate testing risks and issues.
