We are currently seeking an Associate Operations Analyst- Graduate to join our consulting practice and to be deployed within a leading Consultancy.
Qualifications:
- Operations Analyst background
- Incident & Change Management experience
- Experience managing Incident tickets, Change tickets & Service Requests in ServiceNow
- Experience in enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk Enterprise, Extrahop, Sensu, AppDynamics to identify and respond to alerts.
- Experience in analysing and triaging issues using Standard Operating Procedures- SOPs.
- Experience in application patching activities
- Experience in Splunk Enterprise, ServiceNow, Extrahop, Sensu, Omegamon, Tivoli.
- Experience in System administrative in Windows- Windows Server or Linux - RedHat
- Experience in 1 or more of Powershell, Bash, Python, Ruby, SQL, Cloud Administrator- AWS/Azure, Data Engineering (Extract, Transform, Load), Ansible
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs) to optimize IT Support
- ITSM experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
