Skills and experience:

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Experience in the Financial Crimes sector
• Experience completing as-is vs to-be assessments
• Strong workshop facilitation and documentation skills
• Experience in scrum and SAFE agile environments
• Experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Business and-or technology tertiary qualifications
• Lean Six Sigma - Green belt certification
• Experience in technology and business systems
• Knowledge of project management disciplines
• Coaching and mentoring skills - Scrum Master skills
• Experience in Postman
• Experience in mobile apps and APIs
• Experience in SQL
