Leading telecommunications client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telecommunications client on a key regualtory & product delivery engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of EB product initiatives using a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach.

• Maintain and manage the risk project backlog, ensuring risks are mitigated.

• Ensure compliance with ACMA regulations, privacy laws, and telecom standards.

• Coordinate with Legal, Marketing, Networks, and IT to resolve dependencies.

• Facilitate governance forums and contribute to SteerCos with clear reporting.

• Prepare delivery dashboards, risk registers, and program health reports.

• Maintain the JIRA roadmap and backlog and facilitate scrum ceremonies.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in delivery management within Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments.

• Strong understanding of ACMA regulations and telecommunications compliance.

• Experience managing risk backlogs and regulatory obligations in product delivery.

• Background in Enterprise Business product portfolios is highly desirable.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across multiple business units.

• Familiarity with ISO31000, COBIT, or privacy compliance standards.

• Agile or Project Management Certification (SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2).
