FinXL is seeking a Capability Architect to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client. Your core mission will be to architect new in-house managed services - from concept to operation. You will take partner ICT services, design the end-to-end service "wrap", define the API integration strategy, and create the critical design documentation to bring these new capabilities to market.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership in the development of new products and capabilities

• Design the end-to-end "wrap" for partner services to create new managed services

• Define the systems integration strategy, with a strong focus on APIs (e.g., REST)

• Create and own key technical design documents for pre-sales, sales, and engineering

• Manage the service transition of new capabilities into in-house operations

• Develop L&D and training materials for new service enablement

• Act as an SME to support sales teams and assist with pre-sales activities

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant technical experience in ICT solutions

• Strong background in Networking, Unified Communications (UC), and/or Cloud Security

• Proven experience in systems integration, specifically with APIs (e.g., REST)

• Exceptional technical and design documentation skills

• Strong and effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in consultative and creative solution/product design

• Background in a large telecommunications environment is highly desirable
