The successful candidate must have had experience working in IT in a Hospital

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in IT in a Hospital
  • Experience working in Desktop Support- Helpdesk
  • Experience in Level 2/3 escalation point for the Service Desk, managing tickets through SCHN's designated ITSM tool- ServiceNow
  • Experience in Installing, configuring & troubleshooting applications with the SCHN software catalogue
  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 suite - Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel
  • Experience in Active Directory tasks such as password resets and unlocking accounts.
  • Experience in supporting audio-visual- AV & video conferencing - VC equipment
