Skills and experience:

• Change Manager background
• Experience delivering enterprise IT, culture and regulatory transformation and simplification programs
• IT Infrastructure transformations experience
• Strong communications experience
• Experience planning and implementing quality BAU and project delivery processes
• Compliance experience would be an advantage
• Banking - finance industry experience an advantage
• Prosci Certification preferred
