FinXL is seeking a Cloud Design Engineer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design cloud foundations to industry and security standards.

• Define and execute cloud technology strategies and strategic roadmaps.

• Create reusable patterns and blueprints for the Cloud Service Catalogue.

• Lead high-visibility transformation projects that are technically broad and deep.

• Conduct application portfolio analysis and feasibility for cloud migrations.

• Develop design, provisioning, and operational procedures for run teams.

• Provide expert consultancy and technical leadership to various project teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience across Public Cloud, primarily AWS and Azure.

• Proven expertise in AWS architecting and build automation.

• Deep technical acumen in solution integration and cloud-native architecture.

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Ansible.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Shell.

• Demonstrated success in large-scale project implementation and delivery.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executive and technical audiences.
