Contact Centre Engineer (Cisco UCCE) | 6-Month Initial Contract

FinXL IT Professional Services is currently seeking two experienced Contact Centre Engineers to join a high-profile digital transformation project. This role is embedded within a delivery team providing specialized services to a major Enterprise client.

The Opportunity

• Role: Contact Centre Engineer (Cisco UCCE).

• Duration: 6-Month Initial Engagement.

• Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite).

The Role

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and configuration of complex, large-enterprise voice and multi-channel contact centre environments. You will work at the intersection of technical architecture and operational delivery to ensure a seamless communication ecosystem for a Tier-1 financial institution.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Design: Developing high-level and low-level designs for enterprise-scale voice solutions.

• Deployment & Configuration: Leading the end-to-end implementation of Cisco contact centre stacks.

• Multi-Channel Integration: Configuring complex environments that support diverse communication channels.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working alongside enterprise delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust technical configurations.

Technical Requirements

• Cisco UCCE Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience in deploying Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE) is mandatory.

• Enterprise Experience: Proven track record in large-scale, complex enterprise voice environments.

• Sector Knowledge: Experience within the Financial Services or highly regulated sectors is highly regarded.

• Problem Solving: Advanced ability to troubleshoot and optimize multi-channel contact centre performance.
