Are you an experienced developer looking to make a tangible impact on a large-scale digital transformation? We are seeking an OutSystems Developer to join a growing Application Development team dedicated to building a "best in class" digital platform.
In this role, you will be a key technical enabler, helping to uplift online services and user experiences through a significant portfolio of digital initiatives and business improvements.
The Role
As an OutSystems Developer, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical design - Providing systems analysis, technical recommendations, and detailed designs for common components and workflows.
- Development & Deployment - Building, unit-testing, and deploying OutSystems applications while ensuring alignment with architectural patterns.
- Ensuring all deliverables are security compliant and adhere to strict privacy and coding standards.
- Creating technical guidelines and providing coaching and knowledge transfer to junior staff members.
- Contributing to the evolution of applications, environments, and internal processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and deploying complex web applications.
- 2+ years of specific experience with the OutSystems enterprise low-code platform.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React or Angular).
- Experience with REST/JSON web services and SQL query performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of Agile (TFS, GIT, JIRA) and DevOps practices, including automated unit testing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organisation.
- A tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, or a relevant degree is highly desirable.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory
